Introducing 1838 Wallcoverings, a luxury wallpaper brand all manufactured in Lancashire. A family owned business, 1838 Wallcoverings is led by brother and sister team James and Abigail Watson, whose family have over 4 generations of wallpaper printing experience.
Sustainability is at the heart of 1838 Wallcoverings, using only water-based, non-toxic inks in the printing of the wallpapers, and responsibly sourced, non woven bases.
Launching new, inspirational designs each year, 1838 Wallcoverings encompasses timeless classic patterns re-imagined from archive prints, to contemporary digitally printed designs. Most recently they have collaborated with the Victoria and Albert Museum in London to create collections inspired by their rich archive.
