Delivery of products
We aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order, unless otherwise stated. At busy times this make take a little longer. We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the items you have ordered. Please be aware that some methods may require a signature on delivery. We can take no responsibility for someone signing for your order without your permission. Our current delivery charge is listed below. Customers should be aware that for non-mainland UK deliveries or multiple orders there may be an additional charge. If this is the case you will be advised prior to dispatch.
Mainland UK Deliveries
UK postage and packaging £6.95.
At the current time internet orders can only be dispatched within the UK but please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Every effort is made to give you a true representation of each product in the photographs used on this website. Prices quoted are for individual items as described only. Although we aim to supply you with as true a likeness as possible to the original photograph, customers are advised that colours can look different on a screen and care should be taken when ordering. Please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
All items are subject to stock availability. If your order is unavailable at time of purchase you will be notified via email when to expect delivery.
Your order is important to us and accordingly all items will be packed to ensure a safe delivery. If upon delivery you find that the items are damaged please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we take care in selecting products and making products for you.
If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Items which are personalised
- Items made or customised to your specifications
Please note that refunds will only be issued on receipt of the item(s) in their original condition and in the original unopened packaging.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged please notify us with 48 hours of delivery. You will need to return your item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a return.
You will subsequently be given a full refund or replacement goods and your postage costs will be reimbursed. If, on inspection we do not deem the item(s) to be damaged or if you fail to return them within the required time-scale, or if they are not suitably packaged, no reimbursement will be issued.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order before the order has been dispatched you will be reimbursed in full.
